Perfectly Integrated

Our sheet metal software solutions are designed to connect with leading ERP, MES, and MRP systems used in industrial manufacturing.

We explain how it works

When systems do not communicate, productivity drops.

ERP, corporate MES, and production software often coexist in manufacturing companies, especially in environments focused on sheet metal processing and metal fabrication. Problems appear when these systems operate in isolation. This leads to duplicated data, inconsistent information, and a disconnect between planning and shop floor execution.

Without proper integration, each system works independently. The overall manufacturing process loses consistency and control.

Duplicate data and multiple versions of the same order

Orders are created in the ERP and then manually re-entered into production systems. Changes are made across departments, creating inconsistencies and increasing the risk of errors.

Result. No single source of truth across the organization.

Production disconnected from planning

Planning is defined in corporate systems without receiving real execution data from the shop floor. Machine times, downtime, and material consumption are not automatically fed back.

Result. Planning relies on estimates instead of actual production data.

Slow reaction to changes and incidents

Production delays, priority changes, or machine issues are not reflected in real time across systems.

Result. Delayed decisions, manual adjustments, and avoidable bottlenecks.

Broken traceability between office and workshop

The digital link between order, planning, nesting, CNC programming, and the final manufactured part is lost. When issues occur, reconstructing the process requires manual checks and communication between teams.

Result. Reduced visibility and slower problem resolution.

What does integration mean in Lantek?

Integration ensures that data is recorded once and shared across all systems, and that real production data flows back automatically.
The key is not only to connect systems, but to define what data is exchanged, when it is exchanged, and how it is validated. Lantek provides several technologies to ensure consistent and controlled integration across CAD/CAM, MES, and ERP environments.

Lantek API

Integrate your systems with a structured and extensible approach

What is Lantek API?

Lantek API is a standardized set of services that allows external applications to securely access data and functions within Lantek software solutions. It acts as the central integration layer across the Lantek ecosystem.

It follows an API-first approach based on REST architecture, supporting integration in on-premise, cloud, or hybrid environments. Business logic is applied in every operation to ensure data consistency and security.

Standard integration between systems

The API exposes key entities across modules such as production, inventory, CRM, sales, and purchasing. It supports reading, writing, and updating data in a controlled way.

Event-based communication

External systems can subscribe to events using webhooks. This enables automatic responses to changes and supports near real-time data exchange.

Control and traceability

All interactions are logged and monitored, allowing full traceability and easier error management.

Documented integration

The API includes technical documentation through Swagger and detailed guides, supporting implementation by IT teams and partners.

What type of information can be synchronized?

Lantek API provides access to core entities across the manufacturing workflow, including production, inventory, CRM, quoting, sales, purchasing, and subcontracting.

It supports full data interaction, including custom fields, and enables event-driven communication through webhooks.

  • Production and Inventory

  • Supports integration between Lantek MES and external ERP systems, covering a broad functional scope with modern API technology.

  • CRM and quoting

  • Connects Lantek quoting tools with corporate systems for consistent commercial data.

  • Sales

  • Links customer orders and business processes with financial and administrative systems.

  • Purchasing and Outsourcing

  • Synchronizes supplier data, purchase orders, and outsourced operations with external systems.

  • Production data validation

  • Allows external applications to register production data when standard shop floor tools are not used.

What problem does it solve?

Lantek API removes dependency on rigid file-based integrations and reduces the need for custom developments.

It enables faster integration projects, supports third-party development, and improves data consistency through structured communication.

POWERSYNC

Structured data synchronization between Lantek MES and ERP systems

What is Powersync?

Powersync connects Lantek MES with external ERP and MRP systems through structured import and export processes. It enables consistent data exchange without duplication or manual intervention.

From the ERP, Lantek MES receives manufacturing orders, materials, inventory data, and technical information required for production. Orders can be launched automatically, updated, and prepared for CAD/CAM processing.

After execution, Lantek returns real production data to the ERP, including material consumption, scrap, and validated results.

What type of information can be synchronized?

  • At the master level, companies, contacts, items, parts, assemblies, materials, sheets, profiles, work centers, and employees are synchronized. This ensures consistency between corporate catalogs and the production environment.

  • Within the sales cycle, sales orders and their lines are integrated, keeping commercial commitments aligned with actual production capacity.

  • In purchasing and inventory, suppliers, purchase orders, and material movements are managed, allowing actual manufacturing consumption to be reflected in the corporate stock.

  • In production, Powersync manages manufacturing orders, operations, and jobs, connecting planning with execution.

Lantek MES returns production data such as material usage, scrap, and finished parts, ensuring accurate reporting in the ERP.

What problem does it solve?

Powersync removes duplicate data entry between systems, reduces errors, and ensures consistency between planning and production. It creates a continuous data flow between the office and the shop floor.

It is suitable when the ERP remains the central system for business management, while Lantek manages sheet metal manufacturing processes.

MASTERLINK

Production orders from ERP directly into CAD/CAM

Control de una maquina con un operario

What is Masterlink?

Masterlink connects Lantek Expert with ERP and MRP systems to transfer production orders in a structured way. The ERP manages planning and order creation, while Lantek Expert converts this data into executable CAD/CAM processes.

It establishes a stable data flow that supports automated order import and consistent execution in the workshop.

What type of information can be synchronized?

Masterlink imports production orders, order lines, quantities, and technical data from ERP systems. It can also include geometry required for CAD/CAM preparation.

After production, Lantek Expert returns manufacturing results, material consumption, and data required for cost control and administrative processes. This includes manufacturing results, consumption tracking, and the data required to complete the administrative and cost control cycle.

The data flow is structured so that each system maintains its natural role without duplications.

What problem does it solve?

Masterlink eliminates the manual re-entry of orders between systems. It prevents inconsistencies between what is planned in the ERP and what is executed on the shop floor. It reduces operational errors and speeds up the transition from order to actual production. It allows the ERP to manage the business and Lantek Expert to govern manufacturing, keeping both environments connected with reliable and up-to-date information.

Result: more executable planning, better-aligned production, and greater control over the entire order flow.

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some common questions about the Integrations service.

Powersync is the right choice when you need to periodically and systematically synchronize data between your ERP/MRP and Lantek, keeping the ERP as the central system and avoiding complex real-time developments.
