Technology and Industry 4.0: meeting the challenge with the right partner

  • Advanced Manufacturing
Industry 4.0 has filled many pages recently, becoming a common word in the vocabulary of companies from any sector. In fact, its potential for improving productivity is immense. But we must remember that this concept includes dozens of very different technologies, each with different implications and results. The challenge for industrial companies is therefore to know their capabilities in detail and draw up a plan to transform production processes step by step.

Heavy and light boilerworks, solutions for the HVAC, oil or gas sector

  • Advanced Manufacturing
From the Latin, patella, which is a large round metal pot or vessel, boilermaking (pailería, in Spanish) or boilerworks is a technique used for cutting and joining pieces of metal or sheet metal in order to produce metallic deposits to store and/or transport materials, be they solids, liquids or gasses. They tend to be large pieces which are shaped and welded with other smaller ones. The process uses techniques such as mapping, straightening, cutting and welding for plates, tubes and profiles.

Extended Digital Transformation, when the collaborative environment becomes a business model

  • Advanced Manufacturing
The digital ecosystem leads us to create collaborative environments in which we can grow as technological partners, sharing ideas from internal sources (the company itself) and external ones (customers, suppliers, the competition, the market) to develop advanced technological solutions. This is what we call Extended Digital Transformation, a concept that combines the best value propositions of all the agents involved in the process of innovation, with the aim of being more efficient and more productive in the competitive era of Industry 4.0.
