Lantek will present its latest version V45 sheet metal software at SIMTOS 2026, taking place from April 13 to 17. Visitors will be able to explore the new release at Booth 09G010.
With this new version, Lantek introduces a set of improvements focused on helping manufacturers gain better control over their operations, improve process visibility and strengthen connectivity across the workshop.
One of the key additions in V45 is the introduction of artificial intelligence through KAI, Lantek’s new transversal digital assistant. Integrated across multiple applications, KAI supports users in their daily workflows by simplifying tasks and reducing the time required to complete routine operations. Its role is to assist technicians and improve consistency in production environments.
Lantek has also expanded the capabilities of its production management system, Lantek MES. The updated version includes a new generation of the Production Planning tool, designed to provide clearer visibility of delivery times and resource allocation. Through a modern web interface, managers can monitor shopfloor performance and identify potential bottlenecks more effectively.
The system also incorporates improvements in intermediate warehouse management and extends machine connectivity, making it possible to integrate a wide range of workshop equipment within a single environment.
In the programming area, V45 brings updates to Lantek Expert and Stackmaster, increasing compatibility with new loading and unloading devices and improving integration with other systems. These changes contribute to shorter programming times and more cost-effective production processes.
Further developments include enhancements in Assembly to Nesting (A2N), with improved usability and greater unfolding accuracy. By using bending tool data, manufacturers can move from 3D design to cutting faster and with fewer errors.
With over 35 years of experience and a strong global presence, Lantek continues to develop software solutions that connect design, production and business management processes, supporting manufacturers in their day-to-day operations.
Visitors to SIMTOS 2026 will have the opportunity to see these developments in action and discuss how they can be applied to their own production environments.
