ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to assist our Commercial Director and sales team to renew maintenance contracts of existing customers and lead generation performance with calls interactions mainly, including cold calling new prospects, generating leads, and qualifying them, scheduling meetings, emailing prospects, searching for new contacts and other duties as assigned.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The main duties are:

  • Reaching out to existing customers and renewing their Maintenance Contracts.
  • Lead generation performance with calls interactions mainly.
  • Receive inbound prospect calls of potential customers (leads).
  • Initiation of prospect calls, answering incoming calls from prospective clients and following up on leads.
  • Calling HubSpot leads and qualifying them.
  • Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
  • Provide assistancce to all sales team where needed (booking product demos, scheduling meetings…).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in inside telephone sales, cold calling and lead generation, preferred.
  • Knowledge about HubSpot.

  

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Energetic, positive, and proactive attitude, used to work independently.
  • Self-motivated and well organized.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • A person who enjoys customer relation, generating interest and qualifying prospects for our commercial area.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
