ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the Operations team, this Customer Engineer role will be responsible to provide assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software problems and help our customers to install applications and programs, by assisting people with computer issues and being able to explain technical details.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

The main duties are:

  • Consult, specify, install, configure, and provide support on issues related to our software.
  • Support and implement small/medium customer projects.
  • Define solutions in exchange with customers.
  • Create specifications according to the customer’s requirements.
  • Train customers and employees in Lantek systems (on-site and online).

 

Education & Experience

  • Technical background, preferably Computer Engineering or IT field.
  • Experience in technical projects involving software in an industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of Lantek systems would be desirable.

 

Skills & Abilities

  • Native English Speaker.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and evaluate customer expectations.
  • Customer oriented-approach.
  • Goal-oriented work within the framework of project implementation.
  • Willingness to travel.
