Key responsibilities
Consulting, specification, installation, configuration, assistance, helpdesk support of:
Support and implementation of small/medium customer projects.
Definition of solutions in exchange with the customers.
Creation of specifications according to the customer’s requirements.
Training and support of customers.
Experience with ERP systems and the underlying business processes.
Microsoft environment (Windows, IIS, SQL-Server).
Experience in programming (C++, C#, HTML, XML, ...) desirable.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes in the sheet metal working industry helpful.
Customer-oriented approach.
